Everything you need to know about our delivery times, processing, and shipping guidelines.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard orders are typically delivered to your doorstep within 3 to 5 working days across the country.

Order Processing

Once your order is successfully placed and confirmed, our team begins processing it immediately to ensure accurate packaging and dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business working day.

Delivery Delays & Circumstances

While we always strive to deliver your parcels within the estimated 3 to 5 working days, please note that unexpected delays can occasionally occur.

Baigel Store is not liable for delays caused by sudden strikes, roadblocks, political unrest, severe weather conditions, logistics courier disruptions, or any other force majeure (unforeseen circumstances) beyond our direct control.

In such rare situations, we appreciate your patience and cooperation as our courier partners work safely to deliver your package as quickly as possible.

Parcel Reception & Checking

When your parcel arrives, please inspect the external packaging condition carefully.

As per our store policy, we strongly recommend recording a complete unboxing video while opening your delivery package to ensure a hassle-free resolution in case of any discrepancies.
